Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon almond extract
- 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Cream the butter, confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, salt and extracts. Slowly add ½ cup flour at a time.
- Fill cookie press with dough with desired disk. Press dough onto an ungreased non non-stick baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer cookies onto a cooling rack.
