Directions:

  1. Rinse the rice: Wash the rice under cold running water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the inner pot of the So Yummy by Bella Rice Cooker with Steamer, pour 2 cups of pineapple juice, add the rinsed rice, diced ham, pineapple chunks, mixed vegetables, and soy sauce. Press the cooking switch and cook for ~20 minutes.
  3. Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork.
  4. Serve the Hawaiian pineapple fried rice hot.
