Ingredients
- Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- 1 brioche bun
- 1 all beef patty, cooked
- 1 slice white American cheese
- 5-6 fried pickle slices
- 4 Tbsp pickle mayo, divided
Instructions
- To make the pickle mayo: carefully grate the pickle and add to a small bowl. Combine with the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and dill, mixing well to fully incorporate.
- Add 1 Tbsp of the pickle mayo to the bottom half of a brioche bun.
- Top with the burger patty and cheese.
- Spread 2 Tbsp of pickle mayo on top, then arrange the fried pickles to cover evenly.
- Add the remaining pickle mayo to the top bun, then sandwich closed, and enjoy.
