Ingredients

  • For the spicy sauce:
  • 4 tbsp Gochujang sauce
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 oz tteok (korean rice cakes)
  • 7 oz Korean fish cake, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced (without bulbs)
  • 1 C Korean cabbage, cubed
  • ½ C carrots, julienned
  • 4½ C fish broth
  • To serve:
  • 6 eggs
  • Chopped green onions
