Ingredients

  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 all-beef patty
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 1 pickle, sliced
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 cornbread bun

Instructions

  1. To make the cornbread bun: Preheat the oven to 350ºF, and beat together all cornbread ingredients. Arrange six rings from the lids of mason jars on a lined baking sheet. Pour the batter into the rings, and bake about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Slice one cornbread bun in half.
  3. Add a drizzle of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise to the bottom bun, followed by the patty with cheese, the red onion, the lettuce, and another bit of mayo. Finish with the top bun, and enjoy.
