Directions:
Rinse the rice: Wash the rice under cold running water. Drain and set aside.
In the inner pot of the So Yummy by Bella Rice Cooker with Steamer, pour 2 cups of tomato-based broth, add the rinsed rice, seasoned black beans, mixed vegetables, and taco seasoning. Press the cooking switch and cook for ~20 minutes.
