Marshmallow Flower Cake

  1. Divide marshmallows into 4 batches in different bowls and melt for 30 second intervals in the microwave. 
  2. Add food coloring while hot and mix well. If they start to set, pop them back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. In a greased cake pan, pour each color of marshmallow in one at a time to create layers. Let each layer cool down before adding the next.  
  4. Let set and unmold. 
  5. Transfer extra melted marshmallow to a piping bag to decorate the top with marshmallow flowers. Cut a slice and enjoy!

  1. Using a pair of scissors, make 4 horizontal cuts to the side of the marshmallow, from top to bottom, and separate to shape like a flower. 
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and corn syrup in a bowl and mix. Grab a bit of the mix, make into an oval and paste on one of the marshmallow petals. Repeat with the remaining petals. 
  3. Place chocolate chips in the center of  the flower, close it, and serve in hot chocolate.

Jelly Marshmallow Popsicles

  1. Place the gelatin powder and water in a bowl, and mix until dissolved. Add marshmallows and mix until they melt. 
  2. Pour mix over a greased, rectangular container and let set. The white foam from the marshmallows will rise to the top. 
  3. Remove jelly from mold and roll up. Cut into slices and add a lollipop stick to each slice. Share with friends and enjoy!

  1. Combine the hot water, 1 pack of gelatin and 1 cup of marshmallows in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Once the marshmallows have dissolved, beat with a mixer until the mixture puffs up and has a merengue-like consistency. Repeat procedure with the second gelatin flavor. 
  3. Place both flavors inside the same piping bag with a star tip. Pipe marshmallow into the ice cream cones and let set. Drizzle with chocolate and enjoy!

Whipped Gummy Bears

  1. Melt gummy bears over low heat or in the microwave until it forms a thick liquid. 
  2. Pour into mixer bowl and beat at high speed until it thickens up, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Transfer mixture into piping bag and fill a silicone star mold with it. It is important to use the mix right away, to avoid it setting. 
  4. Before the mixture sets, rest the exposed end in a tray of sprinkles to coat. Let rest until solid.
  5. Unmold and enjoy your delicious marshmallows!

Oreo Marshmallows

  1. Hydrate the gelatin and lime jello in a small amount of warm water.
  2. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and heat over medium until it reaches 232°F.
  3. Pour the sugar syrup and gelatin mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix at high speed until it puffs up and cools down. Place in a piping bag.
  4. Sift cornstarch into a sheet tray to fully cover the surface. Create small indents with the back of a teaspoon, and pipe a small dot of marshmallow into each cavity. 
  5. Place a mini oreo over the marshmallow, then pipe more to cover the cookie.
  6. Sift cornstarch on top to help it set. Brush excess off, then serve.

Chocolate Raspberry Marshmallows

  1. Melt marshmallows in microwave
  2. Transfer to a square silicone mold. Using a piping bag or a spoon, make lines of chocolate and jam on top of marshmallow and spread around using a skewer stick. 
  3. Let set overnight, then unmold and cut into fun and puffy squares!
