Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili.
- Shape into balls roughly 1”-1.5” in diameter, and place in a single layer, spaced apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle about ⅓ teaspoon of Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili on each meatball, skewer with a toothpick, and serve!
