					Ingredients
- French Press
- 2 tbsp Egg Yolk (2 egg yolks)
- 4 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 10 oz. Black Coffee in a Cup
- Ground Cinnamon
- Sifter
Instructions
- Add your Egg Yolk, Condensed Milk and Cream together in your French Press, using the press a few times to combine the ingredients and to get the mixture creamy and frothy.
- Pour this mixture over your coffee. Although it comes out as ribbons you should see it float to the top of your coffee quite quickly and combine together to make a tasty topping.
- Using your sifter, dust the top lightly with cinnamon and enjoy!
