Banana Peel Bacon

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Line a lightly greased baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Tear banana peels into about 4 strips per banana.
  4. Scrape off the white inside part of the banana with a spoon, leaving just the peel.
  5. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, paprika, garlic powder and olive oil in a bowl.
  6. Marinade the banana peels in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake the banana peels for 5 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
  8. Let cool and enjoy with your breakfast of choice!

  1. Preheat the oven to 250ºF.
  2. Line a lightly greased baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Beat aquafaba and cream of tartar in a bowl for 2-3 minutes or until the liquid starts to foam.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar to the bowl. Add vanilla extract and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  5. Transfer the meringue into a piping bag and pipe 8-12 cookies into the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 90 minutes or until the cookies have set and are slightly browned.
  7. Let cool and enjoy with your favorite drink!

  5. Pour melted chocolate over the cake and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
