Chick-fil-A Expands Its Menu With 6 New Sandwiches Available for a Limited Time

Fast-food innovation rarely slows, but early 2026 is proving especially competitive. While Taco Bell often dominates the headlines for rapid-fire menu launches, Chick-fil-A has been quietly accelerating its own test kitchen output behind the scenes.
In recent weeks, the chain has initiated multiple regional trials, beginning with new Cream Cold Brews in Alabama and swiftly followed by a far more ambitious experiment six new chicken sandwiches introduced across select markets.
The staggered rollout signals a deliberate strategy: refine bold flavors before committing to a national debut.
The Avocado Sriracha BLT Targets Heat, Texture, and Comfort

Oklahoma City is currently hosting the return of the Avocado Sriracha BLT Sandwich, a concept making its second appearance after a short-lived test in Georgia late last year. This iteration leans heavily into layered textures and controlled heat.
At the center is a new Sriracha Swirl Toast, thick-cut Texas toast griddled with spicy seasoning baked directly into the bread. Inside sits a chicken filet, customizable as original, grilled, or spicy, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and seasoned avocado mash.
A side of cayenne ranch rounds out the sandwich, reinforcing Chick-fil-A’s growing interest in dipping-driven flavor experiences.
The Sweet Chili Lime Crunch Revives a Beloved Element

In North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad, the Sweet Chili Lime Crunch Sandwich is generating attention for a different reason its slaw. Fans of Chick-fil-A’s long-discontinued coleslaw may recognize familiar textures in the new Ginger Lime Cool Crunch, a blend of kale, cabbage, and creamy ginger-lime dressing.
The sandwich is finished with a spicy-sweet chili sauce and served on a buttered, toasted bun. Like its counterpart, it’s available with original, grilled, or spicy chicken.
The result is a balance of brightness, crunch, and heat that feels more globally inspired than the chain’s traditional offerings.
Market Tests Now, National Decisions Later

All six sandwiches are available only at participating locations in their respective test regions through March 7, or while supplies last. Customers are encouraged to check directly with local restaurants or use the Chick-fil-A app to confirm availability.
Once testing concludes, the company will evaluate performance before deciding whether to refine the recipes, extend testing, or move toward a nationwide launch. Until then, customers outside Oklahoma City and North Carolina remain on standby—much like those still waiting on the fate of past experiments such as the S’mores Milkshake and Chicken & Waffles Sandwich.
For now, Chick-fil-A’s latest creations exist as fleeting trials, exclusive, experimental, and potentially gone before most customers ever see them.
