Ratatouille Vegetable Soup

Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup each of chopped eggplant, onions, yellow peppers and zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Herbes de Provence Gravy
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped fresh vegetables and garlic; cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Add water, tomatoes and gravy; stir. Bring to boil; simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve topped with cheese.

Risotto Primavera Skillet

Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 40 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 cup cut-up fresh asparagus (2-inch lengths)
  • 1 cup thin zucchini slices
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Herbes de Provence Gravy
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup frozen peas

Directions:

  1. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and zucchini; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove vegetables from skillet; set aside.
  2. Melt remaining butter in the same skillet. Stir in rice, then the gravy and water. Bring to a boil; simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Return cooked vegetables to skillet along with the peas; stir. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Black Eyed Pea Jambalaya

Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Caramelized Onion & Thyme Gravy
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can (15.8 oz.) black-eyed peas, rinsed

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add celery, bell pepper and onion strips, and Cajun seasoning; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, gravy, rice and water; stir.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; cover. Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  4. Stir in peas; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Plant-based Sausage and Potato Sheet Pan Dinner

Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 40 Minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 12 oz plant-based Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 ½ lb mixed small red and white new potatoes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Gravy, divided

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  3. Combine sausage and peppers in large bowl.
  4. Add oil and half the gravy; mix lightly.
  5. Spread sausage mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, heating the remaining gravy as directed on label for the last few minutes of the baking time.
  7. Serve sausage mixture topped with remaining gravy.

Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi Skillet

Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) sliced mixed wild mushrooms
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Caramelized Onion & Thyme Gravy
  • 3 cups gnocchi, cooked
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • ½ tsp GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  2. Add gravy and gnocchi; stir to evenly coat all ingredients with gravy. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat.
  3. Stir in sour cream and mustard.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.

Tuscan White Bean Skillet

Difficulty: Easy •4 Servings • Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Gravy
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cup chopped tightly packed kale
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ½ cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook beans, gravy and whipping cream in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  2. Add kale and tomatoes; stir. Cook for 3 minutes or until kale is wilted and heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat.
  3. Stir in cheese. Serve, and enjoy!
