Ingredients:
- 5 strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® X CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH™ Cereal Thick Cut Bacon, blasted with CINNADUST™ seasoning blend
- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup + 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, divided
- ¼ cup Corn syrup
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Chop HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® X CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH™ Cereal Thick Cut Bacon, blasted with CINNADUST™ seasoning blend into pieces. Cook the bacon pieces in a frying pan until crispy. Remove the bacon with tongs and set aside.
- In the same pan with the bacon oil, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover the pan and heat until the kernels have popped. Remove from heat and set the popcorn aside.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees fahrenheit.
- In a small saucepan, combine remaining ½ cup butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture combines and begins to boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to stir for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. Continue to stir until the caramel reaches a thick, pourable consistency.
- Spread the popped popcorn evenly on a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Carefully pour the hot caramel over the popcorn. Use a silicone spatula to mix and coat the popcorn evenly with the caramel.

- ¼ C Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 4 Slices Sourdough
Directions:
- Thinly slice 2 onions and dice the HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® X CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH™ Cereal Thick Cut Bacon, blasted with CINNADUST™ seasoning blend.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to brown.
- Add the sliced onions to the pan with the bacon. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-10 minutes, until the onions become soft.
- Stir in brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. Mix well and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until the onions are caramelized and the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
- Prepare a grilled cheese sandwich using sourdough bread and gruyère cheese. Making sure the cheese is fully melted.
- Open the grilled cheese sandwich and spread the bacon jam in the center. Close the sandwich, cut it in half, and enjoy!

- 2 C Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal, crushed
For the Buttercream topping:
- 2 C Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 ½ Tbsp Milk
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, room temperature
Directions:
- Set your oven to 350°F.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, cream together the butter and sugar until the mixture is fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- On low speed, gradually add the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder. Mix until the ingredients are combined and the flour is no longer visible.
- Use an ice cream scoop to form dough balls.
