Mint-to-Be Affogato
Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2oz espresso, hot
- 2 squares chocolate
- 1 scoop Bowl & Basket™ Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Bowl & Basket™ Chocolate Sprinkles
- mint, for garnish
Directions:
- In a mug, pour the hot espresso over the chocolate to melt. Stir to combine.
- Add a scoop of Bowl & Basket™ Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream to a glass.
- Pour the espresso over the ice cream.
- Garnish with Bowl & Basket™ Chocolate Sprinkles and a sprig of mint.
Cherry Chip Chocolate Cups
Difficulty: Easy • 6 Servings • Total Time: 1 hour 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ C chocolate candy melts, melted
- 1.5 qt Bowl & Basket™ Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream
- shaved chocolate, for garnish
- cherries, for garnish
Directions:
- Dip the bottom of a Solo Up For Anything Squared 18 oz Plastic Cup in the melted chocolate, coating the bottom half of the cup completely. Place on lined baking sheet to set, and repeat to create six total cups.
- Add two scoops of Bowl & Basket™ Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream to each cup.
- Top the ice cream with shaved chocolate and cherries, and enjoy.
Lemon Blueberry Ice Cream Poke Cake
Difficulty: Easy • 1-2 Servings • Total Time: 5 Hours
Ingredients:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 C Bowl & Basket™ Original Whipped Topping, thawed
- eggs
- 3/4 C water
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 lemon, zested
- blueberries, for garnish
- 2 C Bowl & Basket™ Vanilla Bean Flavored Ice Cream, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a deep 9”x13” dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Bowl & Basket™ Original Whipped Topping, eggs, and water.
- Beat on medium for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan, and bake about 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Combine the blueberry pie filling and the Bowl & Basket™ Vanilla Bean Flavored Ice Cream.
- Poke holes all over the surface of the cooled caked, and pour the ice cream mixture over top. Cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours, letting everything soak in.
- Before serving, add a thick layer of whipped topping, blueberries, and lemon zest for garnish!
Ice Cream Basque Cheesecake
Difficulty: Medium • 6 Servings • Total Time: 4 Hours
Ingredients:
- 2 C Bowl & Basket™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- Bowl & Basket™ Strawberry Syrup
- strawberries, sliced, to serve
Directions:
- Line and grease a 6-8 inch springform pan, and preheat the oven to 400°F.
- With a mixer or in a blender, combine the melted Bowl & Basket™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream, cream cheese, and eggs.
- Pour the batter into your lined pan.
- Bake for 40–55 minutes, checking often to make sure the top is browning, but not too much. It’s done when it jiggles only slightly.
- Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Top with a drizzle of Bowl & Basket™ Strawberry Syrup and sliced strawberries to serve.
Sugar Cone Cookie Sandwiches
Difficulty: Easy • 10 Sandwiches • Total Time: 18 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 16 oz chocolate chip cookie dough
- 8 Bowl & Basket™ Sugar Cones, crushed
- 1.5 qt Bowl & Basket™ Fully Loaded Caramel Cookie Caramel Ice Cream
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Divide the dough into about 20 pieces roughly 1 ½ tablespoons each.
- Roll the dough balls in the crushed Bowl & Basket™ Sugar Cones, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- Add a large scoop of Bowl & Basket™ Fully Loaded Caramel Cookie Caramel Ice Cream to the underside of a cookie, and sandwich with another cookie on top. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, and enjoy.
