Milk and Cookies Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 4 scoops Blue Bunny Soft Cookies & Cream
- 8 sugar cookies
- ½ cup royal icing
- ½ cup holiday sprinkles
Directions:
- Dip the edges of each sugar cookie in royal icing, then roll in festive holiday sprinkles to fully coat.
- Place the decorated cookies on a tray, and let set until the icing hardens slightly.
- Once set, sandwich a scoop of Blue Bunny Soft Cookies & Cream between two cookies. Repeat the process to create 4 sandwiches.
Gingerbread Chocolate Freeze

Ingredients:
- 6 scoops Blue Bunny Soft Chocolate
- 15 gingerbread man cookies
- ¼ cup royal icing
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions:
- Use royal icing to give 3 of the gingerbread men little faces and buttons. Set them aside to dry.
- Place the remaining undecorated gingerbread men into a plastic bag, seal it, and gently crush them with a rolling pin into small chunks.
- Add the Blue Bunny Soft Chocolate to a large bowl. Pour in the crushed cookies, and mix until evenly combined. Save a handful of crushed cookies to garnish.
- Divide evenly between three cups.
- Add whipped cream, a sprinkle of extra crushed cookies, and finish each with a decorated gingerbread man on top.
Frozen Eggnog

Ingredients:

- ¾ cup eggnog; non-alcoholic
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
- Add the Blue Bunny Soft Vanilla, eggnog, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until thick, creamy, and completely smooth.
- Divide the mixture between 3 glasses, and top generously with whipped cream.
- Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon and, if desired, a cinnamon stick or star anise for a festive touch.
