Smoky Mac and Cheese Bake
Difficulty: Easy • 8 servings • Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 14 oz Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage Links, chopped, divided
- 1 lb dried cavatappi (or pasta of choice)
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, cook ¾ of the chopped Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage Links until lightly crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add 2 Tbsp butter to the pan to melt, then whisk in the flour and stir until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly pour in the milk and heavy cream, followed by the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk continuously until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Add the cheeses and stir continuously until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked noodles and sausage pieces to the cheese sauce. Stir until well mixed, then transfer to the prepared casserole dish.
- Melt the remaining 2 Tbsp butter, then mix with the breadcrumbs until it resembles wet sand.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the pasta, followed by the remaining Lit’l Smokies.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
Smoky Bacon Potato Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Wright® Brand Hickory Real Wood Smoked Steak Cut Bacon, chopped
- 4 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 7 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 4 Tbsp chives, chopped, divided
Directions:
- Add the cubed potatoes to a large pot of boiling water. Cook until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and lightly mash, then set aside.
- In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the chopped Wright® Brand Hickory Real Wood Smoked Steak Cut Bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and aside.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Cook for 3 minutes, or until softened.
- Stir in the mashed potatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Using an immersion blender, carefully blend the soup until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in the heavy cream, sour cream, and 2 C shredded cheddar cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the cheese is melted.
- Stir in half of the bacon and 2 Tbsp chives.
- Ladle the soup into bowls. Top with remaining bacon, cheddar, and chives, and enjoy hot.
Cordon Bleu Holiday Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 Tyson® Frozen Stuffed Chicken Breasts Cordon Bleu
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 8 oz dried spaghetti
- parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the Tyson® Frozen Stuffed Chicken Breasts Cordon Bleu for 30 minutes, or until golden and fully heated through. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Strain and set aside.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and black pepper, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice the baked chicken.

Ingredients:
- ½ lb Jimmy Dean® Premium Pork Sausage Roll
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups Arborio rice
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 5 cups chicken broth, room temperature
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp black pepper
- fresh basil, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- On a lined baking sheet, spread out the cubed butternut squash. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with the salt. Bake 30 minutes, until soft and tender.
- In a Dutch oven over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the Jimmy Dean® Premium Pork Sausage Roll and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the rice and toast for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Slowly add the chicken broth. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes. Don’t lift the lid before then!
- After 30 minutes, uncover and stir in the parmesan cheese and black pepper.
- Top with the roasted butternut squash and fresh basil leaves. Serve warm and enjoy!
