Charcuterie Chips
Difficulty: Easy • 6 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ 18 oz bag Bowl & Basket Original Potato Chips™
- ½ cup Bowl & Basket Pimiento Spanish Stuffed Olives™
- ½ cup Bowl & Basket Mild Banana Pepper Rings™
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 8 slices prosciutto
- ½ cup cornichons
- 1-2 oz Pecorino Cheese, grated from the block, for garnish
Directions:
- Place a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and place the prosciutto in the pan in single layer batches, cooking until shrunken and crispy on the bottom. Flip and crisp up the opposite sides. Do this with all the prosciutto pieces. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and once cool, break into chip-sized pieces.
- Place the olives, banana pepper rings and cornichons on a paper towel to drain.
- On a serving platter, create a stack by alternating chips, olives, banana peppers, crispy prosciutto and cornichons.
- Grate the cheese in a light, even layer on top of the stack for garnish. Serve and enjoy!
Spinach Artichoke Pull-Apart Ring
Difficulty: Medium • 10 servings • Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 oz Bowl & Basket Baby Spinach™, cooked, drained well and chopped
- 1 ½ cups Bowl & Basket Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese™
- 4 oz Bowl & Basket Plain Cream Cheese™, softened to room temperature
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 14 oz jarred or canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
- optional: 1 Tbsp olive oil, 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 9-inch cast iron skillet and set aside.
- Open the biscuit can, and cut each biscuit round in half, then roll into small balls. Arrange the balls in a ring around the edge of the skillet. Brush biscuits with the melted butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, artichoke, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the dip mixture into the center of the skillet. Smooth the top with a spatula, and distribute it evenly until it touches the biscuits.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly, and golden.
- If desired,when the dip comes out of the oven, lightly brush the biscuits with olive oil and garnish them with garlic powder and parsley. Serve warm.
Team Colors Snack Boards
Difficulty: Easy • 8 servings • Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 8 oz blocks of Bowl & Basket Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese™
- 12 Bowl & Basket Black Olives™
- 12 Bowl & Basket Grape Tomatoes™
- 1 package Bowl & Basket Specialty Entertainment Cracker Selection™
- Assorted meats, vegetables, fruits and snacks
Directions:
- Cut the mozzarella cheese blocks into 18 even cubes.
- Place the cheese cubes on a cheese board or serving plate in a checkerboard pattern, alternating with the black olives. Do this again on another board alternating the cheese with grape tomatoes.
- Fill the empty space around the snack boards with crackers assorted cured meats, vegetables, fruits and snacks.
Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Garlic Knots
Difficulty: Easy • 8 servings • Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Bowl & Basket Medium Buffalo Style Wing Sauce™
- 2 Tbsp Bowl & Basket Specialty Garlic Butter with Olive Oil™, melted
- ½ cup Bowl & Basket Blue Cheese Dressing™
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 chicken breasts from a rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- optional: 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the 2 rotisserie chicken breasts in a large bowl and use a hand mixer to whisk the chicken into shreds.
- To the bowl of chicken, add the wing sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, mix until well combined.
- On a large cutting board, unroll the crescent dough sheet; dollop mixture evenly on each dough triangle. Pinch to seal into buns.
- Place the buns, evenly spaced, on to the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bun with the melted garlic butter.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley (if using) and serve with blue cheese dressing and additional wing sauce.
Mozzarella Stick Penalty “Goal Shots” & Protein Boost!

Ingredients:
- 12 Bowl & Basket Mozzarella Cheese Sticks™
- 1 24-oz jar Bowl & Basket Marinara Sauce™
Directions:
- Heat the mozzarella cheese sticks according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, warm the marinara in a pot or microwave in a microwave-safe bowl until warmed through. Pour equal amounts into 12 small glasses or small paper cups.
- Place one mozzarella cheese stick into the center of each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
