Breakfast Biscuit Sliders
Difficulty: Easy • 6 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 9 eggs
- 3 Tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup spinach, chopped
- ¼ cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 handful fresh dill, torn
- 6 biscuits
- 2 pkgs Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Links
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp spicy mayo, optional
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a quarter sheet pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- In a blender, blend eggs with milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour evenly onto the prepared sheet pan and sprinkle with spinach, bell peppers, and fresh dill.
- Bake for 12–16 minutes, or until eggs are just set in the center. Let cool slightly, then cut into 6 squares.
- Meanwhile, heat Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Links according to package directions.
- Split biscuits in half. Layer the bottom half with one egg square, a slice of cheddar cheese, three sausage links, and a spoonful of spicy mayo (if using). Top with the other biscuit half and repeat with remaining sliders. Serve warm and enjoy!
Pancake Stick Dipper Cups
Difficulty: Easy • 12 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 30 oz pkg Jimmy Dean Pancake and Sausage on a Stick
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1 cup apple butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- hot sauce, to taste
Directions:
- To make orange maple cream: Whip heavy cream with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest until smooth. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- To make cinnamon apple syrup: Combine apple butter, maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until combined.
- To make spicy breakfast ketchup: Combine ketchup, cayenne pepper and hot sauce in a bowl. Mix until combined.
- Heat the 30 oz pack of Jimmy Dean Pancake and Sausage on a Stick according to package directions. Serve alongside dipping sauces and enjoy!
Dressed Up Dogs
Difficulty: Easy • 8 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 30 oz pkg State Fair 100% Beef Corn Dogs
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp cotija cheese
- 2 Tbsp pickled onions
- 1 Tbsp cilantro leaves
- 2 tsp chili lime seasoning
- 2 Tbsp buffalo sauce
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 Tbsp celery leaves
- 3 Tbsp nacho cheese
- 2 Tbsp bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp chives
Directions:
- Heat 30 oz pack of State Fair 100% Beef Corn Dogs according to directions on package.
- For the elote-style corn dog: Drizzle 3 of the corn dogs with sour cream and cover with cotija, pickles onions, cilantro and chili lime seasoning.
- For the buffalo ranch corn dog: Drizzle 2 of the corn dogs with buffalo sauce and ranch. Garnish with celery leaves.
- For the bacon cheddar chive corn dog: Drizzle remaining 3 corn dogs with nacho cheese and sprinkle with bacon and chives.
Chicken Bites Board
Difficulty: Easy • 14 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 20oz packs Tyson Lightly Breaded Boneless Chicken Bites
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 6 cups assorted vegetables, chopped
- 1 cup waffle fries
- ½ cup pickles
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
Directions:
- Heat Tyson Lightly Breaded Boneless Chicken Bites according to directions on package.
- Toss ⅓ of the chicken bites into buffalo sauce, another ⅓ in barbecue sauce, and leave the last ⅓ plain.
- Arrange chicken bites into piles on board and surround them with assorted chopped veggies, waffle fries, and pickles. Serve alongside ranch dressing and extra buffalo and barbecue sauce, if desired.
Ham & Cheese Sushi Rolls
Difficulty: Easy • 2 Servings • Total Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 slices Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Honey Ham
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 Tbsp chive cream cheese
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Trim crusts off edges of white bread and roll centers flat with rolling pin.
- Spread with chive cream cheese and top with cheddar and Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Honey Ham.
- Roll into logs and slice each into 4 “sushi” rolls. Serve alongside fruit, veggies and crackers!
Italian Deli Toasted Bites
Difficulty: Easy • 6 Servings • Total Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 slices Galileo® Salame Deli Italian Dry Salame
- 6 slices baguette, toasted
- 1 cup giardiniera, chopped
- 6 pitted castelvetrano olives
- 6 toothpicks
Directions:
- Fold one slice of Galileo® Salame Deli Italian Dry Salame in half lengthwise, then fold it in half again. Repeat with a second slice and tuck the two folded pieces together to create a layered look. Skewer with an olive and set aside. Repeat with remaining toothpicks.
- Spoon chopped giardiniera onto each toasted baguette slice, then top with a salame-olive toothpick.
After School Snack Skewers
Difficulty: Easy • 8 Servings • Total Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 Hillshire Snacking Small Plates Genoa Salame
- 8 rainbow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 16 basil leaves
Directions:
- On a toothpick, place half of a cherry tomato and one folded basil leaf.
- Open a Hillshire Snacking Small Plates Genoa Salame and remove all slices of cheese. Stack them on top of one another and slice into four squares. Place one of the four cheese stacks onto the toothpick.
- Remove two slices of salami and slice in half. Arrange them in an overlapping line, cut side facing to the right. Carefully roll up the slices into a “rose” and skewer them onto the toothpick. Add another stack of cheese, folded basil leaf and remaining ½ of the tomato.
- Place onto a toasted bread slice. Repeat with remaining toothpicks and serve!
Dino Nugget Dinner Kabobs
Difficulty: Easy • 6 Servings • Total Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Tyson Dino Nuggets
- 3 cup assorted vegetables, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Arrange Tyson Dino Nuggets and veggies onto skewers, and place onto a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle veggies with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until nuggets are crispy and veggies are softened.
Three Ingredient Chicken Dinner
Difficulty: Easy • 2 Servings • Total Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips
- 2 cup fusilli pasta, cooked
- ½ cup pesto
Directions:
- Heat Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips according to directions on package.
- Meanwhile, toss cooked fusilli with pesto and divide into two bowls. Top with chopped crispy chicken strips and serve!
