Plasma Pudding
Difficulty: Medium • 3 servings • Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups + 2 cups vanilla pudding, divided
- 1 Tbsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 Tbsp freeze dried berry powder
- 1 cup boba pearls, black
- Sprinkles: stars and pearls in blue, purple, yellow, and teal
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of vanilla pudding with blue spirulina until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix another 2 cups of vanilla pudding with dried berry powder to create a purple hue.
- In a clear glass, spoon in a layer of blue pudding.
- Add a spoonful of black boba pearls on top of the blue layer.
- Add a layer of the purple pudding, followed by another spoonful of boba pearls.
- Continue alternating blue and purple pudding layers, adding boba between each one.
- Once the glass is full, top with an extra scoop of boba pearls.
- Finish with a topping of cosmic-colored sprinkles!
Meteor Bites
Difficulty: Medium • 12 servings • Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 20 chocolate cookie sandwiches
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 Tbsp Pop Rocks candy
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 12 star sprinkles
Directions:
- In a food processor, combine chocolate sandwich cookies and cream cheese. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, portion out the dough and flatten each scoop in the palm of your hand to create 12 discs.
- Place ½ tablespoon of Pop Rocks in the center of each flattened disc.
- Carefully fold the dough around the Pop Rocks, sealing the edges and rolling it into a smooth truffle ball.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until fully coated.
- Finish with a star-shaped sprinkle on top of each truffle for a cosmic touch.
Quantum Cookie Crystals
Difficulty: Medium • 12 servings • Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 12 Sugar cookies, baked and cooled
- 2 cups Royal icing, white
- 1 cup Purple rock candy
- 1 cup Blue rock candy
- 2 cups Clear rock candy
- 2 Tbsp Silver luster dust, liquid
- ¼ tsp Purple gel food coloring
- ¼ tsp Blue gel food coloring
- ¼ tsp Green gel food coloring
Directions:
- Dip the top of each cookie face-down into a bowl of white royal icing to coat the surface. While the icing is still wet, place a purple rock candy piece in the center of each cookie.
- Arrange clear or white rock candy around the edges of the icing to form the crystals of a geode.
- Using a small food-safe paintbrush, dip it into purple gel food coloring and gently paint between the clear rock candy pieces to create a soft ombré effect.
- Repeat the painting process using blue and green food coloring on other cookies for a variety of vibrant looks.
- Finish each cookie by brushing silver liquid luster dust around the outer rim for a galaxy-inspired shimmer!
Moon Rocks
Difficulty: Medium • 3 servings • Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Gray Candy melts, melted
- 3 Tbsp Cosmic sprinkle candy
Directions:
- Use a pastry brush to coat the inside of a 2-inch silicone dome mold with melted gray candy melts.
- Let the first layer set, then brush on a second layer to strengthen the shell. Chill until fully hardened.
- Carefully remove the candy domes from the molds. Fill one half with cosmic sprinkle candy.
- To seal, gently press the edge of an empty dome half against a warm plate to slightly melt it, then attach it to the filled half to form a full sphere.
- Use a warm metal chopstick to lightly press into the surface, adding texture for a moon rock effect.
- Crack open your candy moon rock, and enjoy!
Oooo’s Anti-Gravity Ice Cream Sandwiches
Difficulty: Medium • 12 servings • Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 Strawberry freeze dried ice cream squares
- 6 Cotton candy freeze dried ice cream squares
- 12 Shortbread mini cookies
- ¾ cup gray candy melts, melted
- ¼ cup gray, white, and black mixed mini pearl sprinkles
Directions:
- Take two mini shortbread cookies and sandwich a square of freeze-dried ice cream between them.
- Dip one end of each cookie sandwich into melted gray candy melts.
- Before the candy sets, sprinkle the dipped ends with mixed pearl sprinkles
- Repeat with remaining ingredients, and enjoy!
Helix’s Coloring Changing Glorp
Difficulty: Medium • 3 servings • Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp + 2 Tbsp dried Butterfly Pea flowers, divided
- ¾ cup Simple syrup, hot
- 1 ¼ cup Lemonade
- 1 ¼ cup water, hot
Directions:
- Steep 1 tablespoon butterfly pea flowers in the simple syrup for 5–10 minutes, then remove the flowers and let the syrup cool. Make tea with the remaining flowers by steeping in the hot water for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the infused syrup over ice in a glass. Slowly pour lemonade over the back of a spoon onto the syrup to create a layered effect.
- Finally, gently pour the butterfly pea tea over the lemonade using the same spoon trick to form a top layer.
- Watch the colors shift and swirl, then sip and enjoy!
