Ingredients:
- 1 large chocolate bar, depending on preference
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Preparation:
- Break up the bar and place it in a liquid measuring cup, topping with the heavy cream. Microwave the chocolate on high for one minute and then stir the ganache.
- The mixture should feel slightly thick, like melted chocolate. If it’s too soupy, add a little more chocolate, if it’s too thick, add a little more heavy cream.
- Pour the ganache into the ice cube tray and refrigerate until completely solid, about 1 hour.
- Once the cubes are set, you can add them to any dessert to make a molten core, we recommend the following combinations:
- Add a Cookies and Cream cube to red velvet cake mix for a lava cake
- Add a Reese’s cube to cookie dough for a peanut butter chocolate cookie
- Add a Milky Way cube to coffee to make a Milky Way Mocha
- Add a Snickers cubes to a tray of brownies to make Loaded Snickers Brownies
