We all love our garlic bread, but what if we combined it with some crunchy fried chicken, the cheesiest mozzarella, and creamy tomato sauce? The ultimate meal you can taste in one single bite. Get your head in the game with this recipe for Chicken Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread.

Ingredients

Serves 5-7

  • 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp of chopped basil
  • 1 chicken breast (cubed)
  • ½ tbsp of salt
  • ½ tbsp of pepper
  • ½ tbsp of oregano
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Mozzarella

Instructions

Before you begin with the rolls, set your oven to 350°F. Taking the Hawaiian rolls, hollow them out with a knife and push the bread down.

Next, brush the rolls with melted butter, mixed with garlic and basil. Don’t forget to brush the insides, too!

Time to add that delicious tomato sauce. I would say about a tablespoon for each roll, but we’re not stopping you if you want more.

Add a layer of mozzarella cheese. I can just see the magical melty-ness that this will turn out to be.

Take your cubed chicken and mix in your salt, pepper, and oregano.

Flour time! You know what comes next.

Dip the chicken in some egg wash! Repeat the flour and egg routine again before frying.

Fry your soon-to-be amazing chicken at 300°F until golden crispy. Don’t forget to flip!

Add one piece of chicken into each roll. Things are happening!

Top those off with some more tomato sauce and…

…finish with a slice of mozzarella on each roll! This is about to be so good, y’all!

Alright, the final step, bake for 20 minutes at 350°F and watch your dreams come true.
