Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded English cucumber (do not squeeze)
Directions:
- BEAT all ingredients except cucumbers in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- STIR in cucumbers.
- REFRIGERATE 2 hrs.

Creamy Lemon Shrimp Pasta
Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. linguine
- 1/2 lb. thawed frozen uncooked cleaned large shrimp
- 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup julienne-cut oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp. lemon zest
Directions:
- COOK pasta as directed on package.
- MEANWHILE, heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Add spinach, tomatoes and garlic powder; mix lightly.
- DRAIN pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water. Add pasta and reserved cooking water to shrimp mixture in skillet along with remaining ingredients; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.

Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Tarts
Difficulty: Easy • 12 Servings • Total Time: 55 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1-1/2 cups mixed berries
Directions:
- HEAT oven to 400°F.
- UNFOLD pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Use tip of small sharp knife to gently score line in pastry, 1/2 inch from edges. (Be careful to not cut through to bottom of pastry sheet.)
- USE tip of fork to prick shallow holes, 1/4 inch apart, in center of pastry sheet.
- BAKE 15 min. or until golden brown; cool completely.
- BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon zest; mix well. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- SPREAD cream cheese mixture evenly over pastry just before serving; top with berries.
