Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Skewers
Difficulty: Easy • 4 servings • Total Time: 3o minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 slices Wright® Brand Hickory Real Wood Smoked Steak Cut Bacon, halved
- 12 shrimp, deveined
- ½ cup salted butter
- 1 head roasted garlic
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl, and mix in the cloves of roasted garlic. Set aside.
- Wrap a half slice of Wright Brand Hickory Real Wood Smoked Steak Cut Bacon around each shrimp, making sure the end of the slice ends up on top and overlaps slightly with itself.
- Skewer the shrimp by piercing from the bottom through the top to secure the bacon. Repeat until you have 4 skewers with 3 shrimp each.
- Arrange the shrimp skewers on a greased baking sheet, and brush generously with the garlic butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip the skewers, then bake for another 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Smokies Jalapeño Poppers
Difficulty: Easy • 8 servings • Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 4 slices bacon, halved
- 4 jalapeños, halved and deseeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cheddar until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (or use a spoon), and fill each jalapeño half.
- Place one Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage in the center of each filled jalapeño.
- Wrap the jalapeños with a half slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick to hold it in place.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
- Let cool slightly, remove the toothpicks, and enjoy the perfect cheesy bite!
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Difficulty: Easy • 8 servings • Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ lb Jimmy Dean® Maple Premium Pork Sausage Roll
- 8 button mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop the stems. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium and add the minced stems and Jimmy Dean® Maple Premium Pork Sausage. Cook until browned.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps, about 1 Tbsp each, and press gently to fill.
- Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with extra parsley to garnish, and enjoy!
Cordon Bleu Wellington Bites
Difficulty: Easy • 2 servings • Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Tyson® Frozen Stuffed Chicken Breasts Cordon Bleu
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the sheets of puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread 1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard in the center of each pastry sheet, and set a Tyson Frozen Stuffed Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu on top.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg, then fold every side over the chicken, pressing to seal well and completely covering the Stuffed Chicken Breasts.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet seam-side down. Use a knife to gently score the top of the pastry, then brush with another layer of egg wash.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
