Question, What Is Jackfruit and Should We Be Eating It?

Following food trends can be exhausting. I’m tired of wasting money on “healthy food” that never delivers the healthy result I’m looking for. So, in the case of jackfruit, let’s explore if this trend is truly beneficial to our well-being.

Taste?

Taste is the most important factor in this case. Jackfruit’s flavor has been described as a sweet cross between a mango and a pineapple, with the texture of pulled pork. Hmmm… interesting.

Vitamin B6, which is found in jackfruit will provide your body with energy. It will also lower the bad cholesterol that slows the body down.

After further review of the evidence in the case of The Jackfruit vs. The People, the verdict if we should be eating it is… Hell yes! This fruit is a superfood that pretty much does it all. I’m joining the jackfruit trend! How about you?
