Philly Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip

Difficulty: Easy • 8 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped 
  • 1 C Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 1 C Kraft Natural Cheese Sharp Cheddar
  • 3 Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 C Buffalo sauce 
  • ¼ C Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, for serving

Directions:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 420ºF.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the softened Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing, and buffalo sauce until you have a smooth mixture with no clumps.
  3. Carefully fold the shredded chicken into the creamy mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture into a cast iron skillet or an oven-safe bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the top of the dip with the sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the skillet or bowl in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Once it’s out of the oven, top your delicious dip with chopped Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon and green onion.
  8. Serve this scrumptious dip at your next party with some tortilla chips.
