- 2 Tbsp Cheddar cheese

- Begin by spreading about half a teaspoon of Best Foods Real Mayonnaise evenly onto one slice of bread.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese onto the center of the mayonnaise-coated bread.
- Apply the same amount of Best Foods Real Mayonnaise onto another slice of bread and place it on top of the cheese, creating a sandwich.
- Use the lid of the Best Foods Real Mayonnaise jar as a mold to press down on the sandwich, sealing the edges and creating an uncrustable shape. Remove the excess crust around the edges of the sandwich and save for DIY breadcrumbs.

I mean, I feel like the simple bacon, lettuce, tomato combination just can’t be beat. But, let’s be real, folks—the secret ingredient that takes this timeless treat from good to gourmet? It’s mayo, specifically Best Food Real Mayonnaise.

- Brioche Bun
- 4 slices american cheese
- For the Bourbon Butter Grilled Onions:
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ⅛ C bourbon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
For Burger Patty:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
For the Best Foods Burger Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ C Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
Directions:
To make the Bourbon Butter Grilled Onions:
- In a stainless steel pan, sauté your onion in the butter on medium-high heat, until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in your bourbon and deglaze until the bourbon has evaporated.
- Add your salt and pepper and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
To make the Burger Patty:
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together well. Divide the batch into two even balls.
- On a preheated cast iron skillet over high heat, place both balls into the pan, keeping some space between them. Using either a burger smasher or the back of a flat spatula, press down each burger with enough force to make thin burger patties. Cook for 5 minutes and flip them, pressing down this side hard as well. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside.
- In a separate cast iron skillet, separate your brioche bun and grill the interior of each half.
