Popcorn Krispies

  1. Grease an 11” x 7” baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted. Add cake mix and stir.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in popcorn and half the sprinkles.
  4. Press into baking dish. Top with remaining sprinkles and chill until set before slicing into bars. Serve and store at room temperature.

  1. Combine sunflower butter, honey, and applesauce in a saucepan on low heat until melted and homogenous.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. 
  3. Spread mixture evenly into a parchment lined baking dish. Freeze for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
  4. If desired, melt dark chocolate in a shallow dish. Dip the bottom of each bar into the chocolate and allow to harden on a parchment lined baking sheet. Serve and enjoy.

  1. To make the elote-inspired seasoning: add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until combined. Add to a shaker.
  2. To make the mocha seasoning: add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake until combined.
  3. To make the vegan “cheez” seasoning: add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth powder. Add to a shaker.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning of choice over popped popcorn and enjoy!

Kitchen Sink Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Beat in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, toffee, chips, marshmallows, and pretzels.
  4. Divide dough into rounded tablespoons and place 2” apart on a lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle popcorn onto the top of each ball of dough.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!

Epic Caramel Corn

Directions:

  1. To make the caramel sauce: Bring evaporated milk to a simmer. Add to a mason jar with half the caramels. Allow a few minutes for the caramels to soften and milk to cool before adding the lid and shaking until a smooth sauce forms.
  2. Pour sauce over popcorn and remaining caramels and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
