Cardi B Just Savagely Posted About Making Bagel Bites, And She’s Never Been So Relatable

It’s almost June, which means that many of you who pledged to eat more fruits and vegetables as a resolution probably fell off that wagon a long time ago. It’s okay — it happens to everyone. All of you made a noble effort to try and eat healthily, but it’s so hard when snacks exist that are way more satisfying.

For example, if you had to choose between grabbing an apple and grabbing a bowl of freshly baked pizza rolls, which would you choose? Totino’s not only makes you feel like a kid again, but pizza rolls are the perfect way to cure a pizza craving if you’re not currently able to order a whole pie.

Sure, there are people out there who’ve trained their tastebuds to yearn for celery and baby carrots. But, it takes a lot of time and practice. And if you’re a celebrity, probably a nutritionist and personal chef. Celebrities try their hardest to stay as healthy as possible, and often give out hints and tricks so we can eat more like them.

That big secret? It’s usually more veggies and fewer carbs. So that’s why it’s amazing that Cardi B has proven that she’s not always following those same rules.

The rapper and new mom posted a photo on Instagram, and seriously — she’s never been more relatable. In the photo, she’s very obviously toasting up another freezer snack favorite, Bagel Bites.

Now, you probably remember Bagel Bites. Even if you never had them before, the jingle was infectious.

They were also a good go-to party snack. Literally, nobody can turn them down.

Want to know why? As it turns out, each bagel is custom-made by a company called Landers, according to Ranker. The creators of Bagel Bites knew they needed their product to be special in order to get people to truly crave them.

While most businesses tend to take some time to get off the ground, Bagel Bites — which were invented in 1985 — actually sold a million dollars worth of the pizza bagels their first year. Turns out, they’re just a really satisfying snack.

It’s not like anyone needed permission to eat Bagel Bites. But knowing that they’ve got prominent fridge space in Cardi B’s freezer is pretty cool.

Cardi B’s first child, a baby girl named Kulture, was born on July 10th, 2018. That means, she’s on the verge of turning one — and that’s when the real adventure begins.

That first year of motherhood is extremely tough. Know how some friends bring over lasagnas when new babies are born so that a mom can avoid the pressures of meal prep? Others break out the Bagel Bites and frozen snacks.

Hey, it’s less expensive than getting take-out every day. And while it’s not the healthiest, women need to realize they pushed a baby out of their body. It’s okay to enjoy some Bagel Bites every now and then.

Lucky for us, there are plenty of celebrities out there who can’t hide the fact that they love junk food.

Kim Kardashian recently shared her love of mini donuts from a bakery in New York called the Doughnuttery.

And Selena Gomez has been known to snack on Cheetos. They’re so hard to resist sometimes.

Even Kylie Jenner, who’s everywhere these days, has been open about her junk habits. Back in the day, she was seen microwaving a Lunchables pizza. She also makes sure to have plenty of fried chicken on hand before traveling.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is one of the many celebs who’ve shared their love of In-N-Out. It’s the tastiest burger on the West Coast, so it makes a lot of sense.

Celebrities just prove that anything can be enjoyed in moderation.

They’re probably not eating a Double-Double animal-style burger every day, but when they do, it tastes even better.

So next time you go to the grocery store and feel like eating “pizza anytime,” just remember: Cardi B enjoys her Bagel Bites without fearing criticism.

You can always start that healthy eating resolution again next week. Y’know, after the Bagel Bites craving has been conquered.
