In order to be a star, eat as the stars do. On Friday, February 8th, makeup guru and reality TV star Kylie Jenner shared her go-to breakfast that she reportedly eats on the daily. Jenner posted a photo of her daily morning meal on her Instagram Story, and honestly, it’s a brekky we can get behind. And if the science is accurate, eating this meal on the daily might just mean Jenner is smarter than everyone else.
“Lately every morning I’ve been eating the same thing,” Jenner wrote over a snapshot of her breakfast. She then listed, “Eggs, Avocado, Turkey Bacon.”
It appears that the celeb peppers (and perhaps salts?) her eggs and her avocado. Foodies will tell you that seasoning your meal correctly is key to success. She then shared a photo of Gingerade Kombucha from GTS Living Foods with the caption “Mmm.” Girl knows you’ve got to get those probiotics and enzymes into your system.
For someone who lives such a lavish lifestyle, Jenner’s daily breakfast is surprisingly simple. It’s actually something we’ve prepared for ourselves — and we’re budget-conscious babes, over here. So, it turns out, if we want to live like the stars do, it doesn’t have to set us back as much money as we originally thought.
Jenner also shared the oh-so satisfying de-pitting of the avocado. There’s truly nothing better than a pit that just pops out.
Her avocado, turkey bacon, and eggs combo is a much lighter alternative to what Jenner was eating back in 2016. The YouTube channel KylieSnapz uploaded a series of Jenner’s Snapchats showing what an average breakfast looked like in the Jenner household.
[fm_youtube url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxKAwn44vj0"]Back then, Jenner’s “every day breakfast meal” consisted of French toast, sausage and peppers, cheesy eggs and rice, and bacon. If we ate that on the daily, we’d have to take a five-hour nap between breakfast and dinner.
In September 2018, we shared ExtraCrispy’s report that people who eat the same breakfast every morning tend to make better decisions throughout the rest of the day. This is supposedly because taking the guesswork out of figuring out what to eat in the morning eliminates unnecessary brain fatigue caused by decision making.
This phenomenon is actually called “decision fatigue.”
Completely paralyzed by food indecision.

So, if that logic remains accurate, Jenner, like those of us who eat the same breakfast everyday, is saving her first decision for something more important. That decision will probably have something to do with work, which is therefore more important.
Unless, that is, she hasn’t gotten dressed yet. That decision is always the one that stresses us out the most in the morning.
We often start to feel the effects of decision fatigue later in the day. The workday begins and we’re clear-headed. However, once that mid-afternoon slump hits, we’re gulping down the coffee and munching on junk food just to try to focus. This is partly because our decision-making abilities have become strained after having to make multiple decisions up until this point in the day.
It’s a sucky phenomenon that can leave your life and brain cluttered. Luckily, there are ways to handle it.

Preparing the same meals each day, or pre-planning meals the night before, can help reduce the signs and symptoms of decision fatigue. As can laying out your outfit the night before work and packing yourself snacks to last you throughout the day.
Giving yourself ordered to-do lists can also limit the amount of decisions you have to make. And if you have to make larger decisions, do so in the morning. That way, you’re entering into the process with a fresh, clear mind.
Wear roughly the same thing every day. Automate monthly payments. Make small unimportant decisions later in the day. Delegate more. Set up a routine where you don't make any decisions for a certain amount of time every day - like on a walk or while meditating.

Then, perhaps, we can all be more like Kylie. That’s how it works, right?
Will eating the same breakfast of eggs, turkey bacon, and avocado lead us to build a makeup empire? Maybe!
And will eating the same breakfast every morning turn us into American royalty? It could!
We guess there’s only one way to find out. Bring on the breakfast.
We’ll report back in a few weeks after eating Jenner’s breakfast of champions to tell you all if we have succeeded in life.
