What Instant Pot Recipe You Should Make, Based On Your Zodiac Sign

January 08, 2019

Instead of saying “new year, new me,” we prefer something along the lines of “new year, new recipes.” With the new year only days behind us, we’re still thinking about all the new foods we can try (and make!) in 2019. Mainly, we want to try something that will propel our kitchens straight into the 21st century — the Instant Pot, a pressure cooker that allows you to get dinner on the table faster (or slower, if you want — the Instant Pot can also be a slow cooker).

With there being so many different ways to use the Instant Pot and as a result, so many unique recipes out there, we have no idea where to start. That’s why we’re looking to the twelve zodiac signs, which should give us a good idea of what we should make in our handy-dandy pot, depending on our personalities. Should we go for something savory? Or something sweet? Should we challenge ourselves? Or stick with a comforting classic we know and love? The zodiac knows all

Bean And Cheese Enchilada Rice

Aries

You don’t exactly have the time (or patience) to wait hours for your meal to cook. After a long day at work, you want to eat something that’s both quick and filling — hence the bean and cheese enchilada rice. You can take away beans if you don’t have any, and add chicken or ground beef if you do. The options are endless (and painless).
