Kim And Kourtney Kardashian Brutally Argued Over This One Food At Their Kids’ Birthday Party

Back in June, Kim Kardashian and sister Kourtney threw their daughters, North West and Penelope Disick, a Candy Land-themed birthday party. And man, oh man, did the Kardashian sisters go all out. They basically transplanted the classic kids’ game from the board to the backyard and it was an incredible sight to behold. But before Kim and Kourtney pulled off the best candy-centric party of this century, they almost came to blows over what kind of candy should be served.

In a newly released clip from the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim and sister Khloé Kardashian pay Kourtney a visit and discuss details about North and Penelope’s party. And to keep with the theme, Kim indulges in Kourtney’s ~only~ hidden candy stash in the house.

“Call the police! There is candy in here!” Kim yells before Kourtney explains that, in her opinion, candy is the number one cause of aging. “Don’t you just feel it when you eat that that it sucks the life and youthfulness out of your skin?” Kourtney asks her sisters.

“No, it makes me feel like a kid inside,” Kim responds. Amen, sister.

“There’s no reason that you can’t have the theme of the party and have treats that are [healthier],” Kourtney argues.

“It’s Candy Land,” Kim retorts. Kourtney fights back, “There’s candies that are not disgusting and filled with chemicals.”

“Show me some,” Kim threatens. Uh oh. Here we go.

“Do you want me to make you a collage or a poster board?” Kourtney asks after telling Kim she’d be happy to show her some healthier alternatives to regular candy. “I do,” Kim responds. “Make me a fucking piñata and all that shit. I’ll hit it — with your face.”

OMG.

After Kourtney called Kim “dated” and “in the past” for not thinking outside the box when it comes to better-for-you candies, Kim again yells “IT’S A CANDY LAND PARTY! That’s what the party is about — Candy Land! It’s not fucking Gluten-Free Land over here.”

Rather than have anything less than an *actual* Candy Land party with *actual* candy, Kim suggests Kourtney may as well simply change the theme of the party.

They then settle on throwing two different parties, breaking with the tradition of always celebrating North and Penelope’s birthdays together.

Obviously, having already seen the Candy Land party come to fruition on social media, we know that didn’t happen.

North and Penelope looked like rainbow sprinkle queens at the affair.

Judging from the photos, it looks like Kim definitely got her way. There was more than enough candy to go around. However, how much (if any) of it was gluten-free is unclear.

Although all Kardashian sisters pay attention to their diets and fitness plans, Kourtney may be the most strict about what she puts into her body. She’s currently following the keto diet and has posted several keto-related recipes on her blog, Poosh.

Truth be told, there are some really lovely keto desserts that even the pickiest of kids would enjoy. We compiled a list of them here, if you’re curious about what Kourtney might have wanted to serve at the b-day party.

But kids are kids. And a little “chemical-filled” candy certainly won’t hurt them.

And when they’re immersed in a Candy Land-like setting, they’re absolutely going to want to eat all the candy they can get their hands on. Talk about a sugar high.

But then again, these vegan, keto brownie cookies look divine. These would be a welcome addition to Gluten-Free Land.

Ooh… Soft Keto Sandwich Cookies? Yes, please.

Wait — sugar-free ice cream looks so amazing. Yup, we’d be okay with this at our birthday party, for sure.

We guess we’ll just have to wait and see if Kourtney got any of her healthy candy alternatives, or if Kim ended up using Kourtney’s face to hit a candy-filled piñata. Ouch.

Season 17 of Keeping Up airs this September, and we’re excited for even more sisterly drama.
