Winter Tree

Ingredients:

  1. Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag. Squeeze the chocolate into a bowl with water and ice, forming the trunk and branches of a tree. Remove from water and let dry. Repeat to make a total of six trees.
  2. Frost the cupcakes with buttercream and coat in coconut.
  3. Place the chocolate tree on top of the buttercream and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!

  1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
  2. Prepare the cupcake mix according to instructions on the box. Fold 12 strips of foil until nearly ⅛” thick. Line a muffin tin with liners, then pour the cupcake mix into each liner. Shape each cupcake into a teardrop shape, using two foil strips on the outside of each liner. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Cover the cupcakes with chocolate buttercream and add the cereal to create the texture of a pinecone.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!

  1. Pipe a tall spiral of white buttercream onto each cupcake, forming the body of your snowman.
  2. Cut the Lindt chocolates in half, and place one half on top of each frosting spiral.
  3. Cover the chocolate with blue buttercream.
  4. Use black sprinkles and orange candy melts to create the buttons, eyes, and nose of your snowman. Enjoy!

  1. Attach three unmelted candy melts to each Oreo to be the ears and snout of a polar bear. Dip to coat the Oreo cookies in the melted white candy melts. 
  2. Pipe on the eyes and nose with dark chocolate.
  3. Frost the cupcakes with white buttercream.
  4. Attach the marshmallows as the hands and feet of the bear. Use the dark chocolate to draw the bear’s paw pads on the feet.
  5. Place the Oreo head on the top of the cupcake, and enjoy!

Ice Fishing Cupcake

  1. Frost each cupcake with white buttercream, then flatten the buttercream by inverting the cupcake onto a parchment lined surface and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Using an apple corer, create a hole in the surface of the cupcake.
  3. Fill the hole with blue sprinkles.
  4. Pipe trees around the top of your cupcake with the green buttercream.
  5. To create the igloo, use the Raffaello chocolate, and form the door with a small marshmallow.
  6. Use the Pocky and fondant to create a fishing pole.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!

Directions:

  1. Cover an Oreo cookie with melted white chocolate, leaving an uncoated “V” for its face.
  2. Use the melted dark chocolate to pipe the eyes and the orange candy melt for the nose.
  3. Cover the cupcake with a big dollop of white buttercream. Pipe the penguin’s scarf with pink buttercream.
  4. For its arms, cut another Oreo cookie in half and stick into the frosting.
  5. Place the head on the top, and enjoy!

  1. Cover the cupcake with gray buttercream and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Dip your cupcake in white chocolate to cover the tip of the gray buttercream.
  3. Form trees around the mountain with green buttercream.
  4. Mold skis from brown and black fondant.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
