Steamed Chocolate Baos

Ingredients

• For the chocolate filling:
• 2 bars of dark chocolate
• ½ C hot whipping cream
• 1 tbsp condensed milk
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 lb Bao dough
• 3 oz Pink bao dough
• 3 oz Black bao dough
• For cooking the baos:
• 3 C Water
• 2 star anise
• 2 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
