Texas Roadhouse has recently faced criticism from customers who say the restaurant’s suggested tip calculations feel misleading and difficult to justify.

In some cases, employees may not even realize how suggested tips are being calculated because the system settings are automated. Even so, diners believe restaurants are still responsible for making those charges easy to understand.

Another issue frustrating some Texas Roadhouse customers involves discounted meals and promotions.
