We all know what’s “loved” about love handles. But do we really love them? I think we were just resourceful and found ways to use them. Since they never seem to disappear. Male or female love handles do not discriminate and overstay their welcome. If you’re truly tired of the extra weight on your hips, here are ways to finally force them away.
Only Doing Cardio
Cardio will help you lose weight, however cardio doesn’t target certain areas. Love handles are not easy to rid. Your exercise routine should concentrate on the hip areas until results are seen.
Daily Wine
I know wine is necessary on most evenings. However, you may have to choose between wine or slim hips. Wine and calories come as a package. Some varieties of wine differ in calorie content. But, on average, a single serving of wine is around 200 calories. Two or three glasses of wine can put up to 1500 calories on those hips. Did you drink the whole bottle last night?
Busy, Busy, Busy
When you’re busy it’s extremely hard to maintain a healthy diet. Saturated fats will slowly creep into your diet due to convenience. Find balance in your life, alleviate stress and those love handles.
Too Many Carbs
Carbs are not the problem; it’s too many carbs that’s problem. I know you love oatmeal, cereal, and beans on those burritos. However, these food items should be placed in a healthy rotation. Don’t overdo it, because they’ll put weight on your hips.
Diet Junkie
Starting different diets constantly may seem cool for Instagram, but it can be detrimental to your hormones. The constant shifts in them will throw them off balance. It can also hinder your metabolism and you will soon stop having results. Your love handles will not leave and stick right by your sides.
Eating Too Much
Obviously. Just kidding…. but not really. If you are dieting and still noticing love handles you may need to decrease your portion sizes. Diets that are still hefty in meal size are not really diets.
